Requirements and Enrollment

It's easy to sign up for IESUB. Here's all you need to do:

Requirements

To submit statistical and regulatory reports to your local Federal Reserve Bank using IESUB, you must:

  • Agree to the terms as stated in the Federal Reserve's Operating Circular 5 [off-site PDF], "Electronic Access."
  • Have a personal computer (PC) running Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6.01 SP1. It is the responsibility of the organization to identify and, if it decides to do so, install the most recent Microsoft security patches as they become available (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/).

Enrollment

Before you can begin submitting statistical and regulatory reports via IESUB, complete the User Request Form [PDF] and forward it to your reporting contact at your local Federal Reserve Bank. The User Request Form must be signed by an authorized signatory at your institution. Once this form has been signed and returned, we will send you a user ID and password for each authorized staff member, the IESUB website address and the effective date of the security authorization.

If you do not know your reporting contact, please e-mail us.
